Summary

Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Gang to work on a live construction/civils project. The gang must consist of a Ganger, Skilled Groundworker, and Groundworks Labourer, all with the relevant qualifications and a strong focus on health and safety.

Gang Composition & Requirements 1. Ganger

  • Proven experience leading a groundworks gang

  • Ability to supervise works and liaise with site management

  • Strong understanding of RAMS and site safety

  • Hands-on approach

2. Skilled Groundworker

  • Extensive experience in groundworks including drainage, kerbing, ducting, and concreting

  • 360 Excavator Operator ticket preferred

  • Ability to work to drawings and levels

3. Groundworks Labourer

  • Previous experience working on groundworks or civils sites

  • Dumper/Roller ticket preferred

  • Willing to assist the gang with all aspects of site works

Mandatory Qualifications (All Gang Members)

  • EUSR Part 1 & Part 2

  • Valid CSCS Card

  • Safety Critical Medical

Desirable Skills & Attributes

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Commitment to high standards of health & safety

  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

  • Experience working on civils or utilities projects
