Summary

Finance Administrator (Temporary Contract)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis in Doncaster. This is a fully onsite role, supporting the finance function with day-to-day transactional and administrative duties.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Daily printing and saving of purchase invoices received via email
  • Posting purchase invoices onto the accounts system
  • Weekly filing of purchase invoices
  • Sending invoices out for authorisation
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Raising sales credit notes
  • Archiving and maintaining accurate accounts records
About You
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Office
  • Able to manage routine tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in an onsite, office-based environment

This will be a temporary opportunity working full time onsite, Monday-Friday, working 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. The salary will be paid on an hourly rate equivalent to £27,000.
