Finance Administrator (Temporary Contract)
About the RoleOur client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis in Doncaster. This is a fully onsite role, supporting the finance function with day-to-day transactional and administrative duties.
Key Duties & Responsibilities- Daily printing and saving of purchase invoices received via email
- Posting purchase invoices onto the accounts system
- Weekly filing of purchase invoices
- Sending invoices out for authorisation
- Raising sales invoices
- Raising sales credit notes
- Archiving and maintaining accurate accounts records
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to manage routine tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in an onsite, office-based environment
This will be a temporary opportunity working full time onsite, Monday-Friday, working 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. The salary will be paid on an hourly rate equivalent to £27,000.
