Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Multimedia Developer to build engaging, interactive, and visually compelling digital content. This role is central to our mission of making complex housing-related information accessible and engaging. You will combine technical development skills with creative design to produce assets that highlight community impact, support tenant education, and enhance our digital presence across web and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Multimedia Content Development: Create and develop high-quality videos, animations, motion graphics, and interactive presentations that translate complex housing data into relatable stories.

Educational Innovation: Build multimedia training modules and educational materials designed to support outreach workers and community-led tenant education programmes.

Web & Social Integration: Contribute to the development and maintenance of multimedia assets on the company’s website and social media platforms, ensuring high user engagement and accessibility.

Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives through various multimedia formats to highlight the success stories and achievements of our housing initiatives.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with communications, marketing, housing services, and community engagement teams to ensure all content aligns with our co-operative values and organisational goals.

Tech Monitoring: Stay informed on emerging multimedia technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our online presence.

Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a Multimedia Developer, Web Designer, or in a similar creative development role.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing professional multimedia projects, specifically video, animation, and interactive web content.

Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other multimedia authoring tools.

Design Fundamentals: Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory, with the ability to maintain brand consistency across various media.

Communication: Strong ability to simplify complex information through visual storytelling.

Preferred Qualifications
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS) and how multimedia integrates with web architecture.

UI/UX Knowledge: Familiarity with user experience principles to ensure interactive content is intuitive for a diverse range of tenants.

Platform Experience: Experience working with CMS (Content Management Systems) or digital publishing platforms.
