As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key role in ensuring world-class housekeeping standards across the site.

​You will lead and support your cleaning team, making sure all tasks are completed to a high standard, schedules are followed, and Health & Safety is always a top priority.

​This is a hands-on role where your leadership, organisation, and attention to detail make a real difference every day.

The Role

Lead, supervise, and motivate the cleaning team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives

Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations in line with the Contractual Service Level Agreement

Manage cleaning rotas, cover holidays, and communicate updates effectively with the team

Conduct weekly stock takes and place monthly stock orders via your line manager

Deliver pre-shift briefings and maintain clear team communication

Ensure all site files and COSHH documentation are audit-ready

Maintain the building in a clean and orderly condition across offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, and communal areas

Lead by example with professional behaviour, strong leadership, and a focus on excellent customer service

Ensure safe use of all cleaning chemicals and equipment, adhering to Health & Safety regulations

Strong attention to detail, maintaining exceptional cleaning standards

Able to work effectively on your own initiative

Relevant experience in cleaning and supervising cleaning operations
