We’re bringing our finance teams together in one central head office, creating a shared finance function for the future - a single
hub for stronger financial thinking.
We are seeking an organised and proactive Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Finance Shared Services Function at our
Head Office in Dunfermline.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role and be a trusted advisor to our leadership teams, providing insight,
analysis and guidance to support decision making and drive business growth. You’ll combine strong financial expertise with
commercial awareness to deliver impactful recommendations.

financial expertise with strong commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce daily, weekly, and monthly management reports providing financial insight an analysis to drive strategy and
performance.
* Produce commercial reports to assist with management decision making and develop commercial reviews with wider forestry
business.
* Support business planning, budgeting and strategic initiatives
* Develop financial models, forecast and report for specific finance tasks such as cost centre reviews, reconciliations, and
financial controls.
* Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendation for non-financial stakeholders
* Support the ongoing development of system-based reporting, controls, and data flows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
* Maintain up to date knowledge on market trends, financial regulations and industry best practices to support informed decision
making
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Experience as Finance Business Partner, Financial Analysis or similar role
* Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or qualified by experience.
* Strong Understanding of financial statements, budgeting forecasting and KPI’s
* Strong user of SAP (or similar ERP), with an interest in process improvement and system development.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commercial mindset and ability to think strategically
* Strong commercial acumen
* Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
