Summary
Kingdom Services Group have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment specialist to join the team as a Vacancy Coordinator
Where: Head Office – Newton-le-Willows, WA12 area.
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 09.00 am - 17.00 pm.
Salary: £25,400.00 Per Annum.

What You’ll Do
As our Vacancy Coordinator, you’ll sit at the heart of our recruitment process—making sure every vacancy is advertised brilliantly, every candidate feels supported, and every manager gets the help they need to hire the very best.
You will:
· Coordinate vacancies from start to finish
· Manage job advertising across multiple channels
· Keep communication flowing between candidates, managers, and the Engagement Centre
· Help design and deliver engaging recruitment content
· Maintain recruitment systems and databases
· Support internal recruitment, interviews, onboarding and Head Office inductions
· Produce reports and meaningful insights that drive improvements
· Help us continually improve and streamline how we hire
