An opportunity has arisen for a Structural Surveyor to join a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy delivering practical, design-led solutions from concept through to construction.
As a Structural Surveyor, you will assess buildings for structural concerns and produce detailed reports outlining findings and recommended remedial solutions.
This role offers a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 and benefits.
What we are looking for
- Previously worked as a Structural Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Structural engineer, Disrepair Surveyor,Building Structural Surveyor, Structural Building Surveyor, Property Surveyor, Building Defects Surveyoror in a similar role.
- Proven experience surveying properties for structural issues
- Strong technical understanding of building structures and defects
- Ability to produce professional reports including remedial advice
- Good working knowledge of relevant building standards and regulations
