Summary
Complex Care Assistant – Harlow
£17.10 Days | £19.10 Nights
Two Positions Available – 24 hours per week each
(Mostly days with occasional nights – flexibility to cover both is essential)
Shifts (Monday–Sunday):
• 08:00 – 20:00 (Days)
• 20:00 – 08:00 (Nights)
Contract: Zero-hours
Driver required – you will be supporting the client to attend appointments and activities using the client WAV.
Dog in the home – must be comfortable around pets (friendly Labrador).

You’ll be supporting a male client in Harlow living with a brain injury and cognitive impairment. He enjoys gaming, socialising, spending time with family, and visiting the pub. Your role will help him live life to the fullest in his own home while promoting independence and wellbeing.
No previous complex care experience? No problem — full training and upskilling will be provided.

About You
✔ Basic care experience required (complex care desirable – training provided)
✔ Confident driving clients safely
✔ Willing to learn and develop new skills
✔ Compassionate, patient, and emotionally resilient
✔ Strong communicator and team player
✔ Flexible to work both day and night shifts
You will provide full support with mobility and repositioning, using specialist equipment including a ceiling track hoist and wheelchair.
