About the service

At our Erskine Street Housing Support Service, no two days are the same. We proudly support seven adults—each with their own unique personalities, strengths and needs—across their own tenancies. Five people live within our purpose-built Erskine Street service, and two live in their own homes with 24-hour staffing in place.

Our service is specially designed for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, including sensory impairments, epilepsy, dementia and bi‑polar disorder. We work closely with families and Welfare Guardians to ensure every person receives the highest quality support, tailored entirely to them.

You’ll be joining a large, welcoming and experienced staff team, supported by an onsite Registered Manager, Locality Manager and two Supervisors. You’ll always have guidance when you need it—but you’ll also have the space to bring your own ideas, energy and compassion to your role.

What matters most to us, is you have a genuine passion for supporting people to live full, meaningful, independent lives. We’re looking for people who bring:

>Great teamwork and a positive, can‑do attitude
>Strong communication skills and confidence using your initiative
>Good organisation to support daily routines
>Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
>Willingness to learn and grow
>Real compassion and joy in caring for others
>Patience, understanding and empathy

If you believe in the power of connection, enjoy seeing others thrive, and want to make a real difference every single day, this could be the role for you.
