Summary
Elite Personnel are working with a well-established and forward-thinking contact centre based in Shirley, Solihull, who are looking to recruit confident and motivated Telemarketing Executives to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with outbound calling experience who enjoy speaking to businesses, building rapport, and delivering results. Flexible working hours are available, making this role suitable for both part-time and full-time applicants.
The Role
Working on behalf of a range of clients, you will be responsible for outbound B2B calling activities including:
Contacting a targeted list of businesses
Generating qualified leads and sales appointments
Updating and cleansing company data
Conducting telephone-based surveys
Speaking confidently with senior decision-makers such as Managing Directors, Finance Directors and HR Directors
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in a similar outbound calling or telemarketing role
Confident, professional telephone manner
Ability to achieve daily dial targets (typically around 175 dials per day, campaign dependent)
Strong communication skills with clear spoken English
Self-motivated with good time management skills
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Must live within a commutable distance of Shirley, Solihull
