Summary
Elite Personnel is working in partnership with a forward-thinking and expanding law firm that is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to strengthen its established team.
This role offers the chance to handle a diverse and stimulating commercial property caseload, acting for a broad range of clients including business owners, developers, and landowners, while being part of a firm that places real emphasis on collaboration and career development.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will take responsibility for a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Preparation and renewal of commercial leases for both landlords and tenants
Deeds of Grant, Variation, and Assignment
Overage and related property agreements
Key aspects of the role include:
Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation
Delivering clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice
Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
Contributing to business development initiatives and team growth
About You
Admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales
Solid technical expertise in commercial property law
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
A proactive team player with the ability to work independently
