Summary
We are currently expanding our provision in Herefordshire and are looking for kind, reliable, and enthusiastic Challenging behaviour Support Workers to join our team.
This vital program supports children and young people with additional needs, offering them safe and meaningful time away from home while giving their families essential respite.

About the Role
As a Challenging Behaviour Support Worker, you will facilitate enjoyable sessions in the home or community, helping children and young people with:
- Communication, routines, and independence skills.
- Personal care (when required).
- Activities such as sensory play, outdoor walks, arts & crafts, games, and community outings.
- Ensuring they are safe, comfortable, and engaged.
-Sessions are typically scheduled after school, on weekends, or during holidays.
