Head of Drama

I am working with a Redbridge secondary school that is keen to appoint a Head of Drama who can champion creativity, confidence, and performance across the school. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Drama teacher to lead a subject with real impact on student engagement and personal development.
The school is looking for a candidate with at least three years of teaching experience who is passionate about Drama as both an academic and expressive subject. You will have responsibility for curriculum development, extra-curricular provision, and raising the profile of Drama within the wider school community.
