Summary
Teaching Assistant EYFS
Humly is recruiting a Teaching Assistant EYFS to join a primary school on a temporary basis.
This is a full-time role starting 23rd February 2026 and continuing to the end of the summer term. It is well suited to a teaching assistant who enjoys working in early years and is confident supporting young children with their learning, routines, and development.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support children with their learning and development across the EYFS curriculum
Assist in planning and delivering activities that engage and inspire young learners
Encourage positive behaviour and help maintain daily routines
Work alongside teaching staff to provide individual and group support
Monitor and record pupils’ progress, sharing observations with the class teacher
What You’ll Bring
Experience working in an early years setting or primary school
Confidence in supporting children’s learning, routines, and social development
Strong communication skills with both children and colleagues
Ability to follow guidance and work as part of a team
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for early years education
Pay
£13.70 per hour
