Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors of Archbishop Benson CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a permanent PPA Cover HLTA. The post entails working across the school covering classes for teacher release time. There will be 0.1 PPA time included in the post to print resources as lessons will already be planned.
We are seeking to appoint a PPA Cover HLTA who :
• is willing to be proactive in contributing to our ethos as a Church of England school
• is a highly motivated and enthusiastic classroom practitioner with strong class management skills
• has good subject knowledge and can deliver and model the curriculum creatively
• is able to motivate and challenge young learners, securing good outcomes
• is a team member with good communication and interpersonal skills
• has a commitment to forming excellent relationships with parents/carers
• is fully committed to the principles of inclusion and can demonstrate good practice of this
