This role is perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, motivating others, and keeping operations running smoothly — all while benefiting from a fantastic 4 ON / 4 OFF shift pattern.

The Role

As a Line Leader, you’ll be at the heart of production, ensuring your line operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Your duties will include:

• Leading and supervising a production line during your shift

  
  

• Driving performance to meet production targets and KPIs

  
  

• Monitoring product quality and resolving issues quickly

  
  

• Allocating tasks and supporting operatives throughout the shift

  
  

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

  
  

• Ensuring all health & safety and food hygiene standards are followed

  
  

• Reporting downtime, issues, or concerns to management

  
  

• Assisting with training and onboarding new starters

  
  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example at all times

    
    

  • Keep production flowing smoothly and efficiently

    
    

  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

    
    

  • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

    
    

  • Resolve minor issues quickly to minimise downtime

    
    About You

    • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment

      
      

    • Line Leader, Team Leader, or supervisory experience is desirable

      
      

    • Confident communicator with strong leadership skills

      
      

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting

      
      

    • Reliable, organised, and proactive

      
      

    • Committed to the 4 ON / 4 OFF shift pattern
