Job Summary:
The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring staff perform efficiently, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role acts as a link between staff and upper management to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support floor staff during daily operations
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve complaints
Monitor staff performance and provide training and guidance
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift coverage
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of the floor
Handle cash, inventory, and basic reporting when required
Communicate operational issues to management and suggest improvements
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar supervisory role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of customer service best practices
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
