Are you a passionate Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new opportunity in a friendly, well-established, and forward-thinking independent practice? This could be the role you’ve been waiting for.

My client is a thriving, two-site small animal practice nestled in two picturesque villages in the heart of Surrey. With a proud history dating back to 2011 as a mobile service, their journey of excellence and growth has seen the establishment of two fully equipped, modern clinics—one of which is a nurse training practice and both RCVS accredited.

What’s on Offer:
• Full-time or part-time role with flexibility around your schedule
• Working hours between 8:30am – 6:30pm, with a 1:5 week on-call rota
• A friendly, close-knit team including a senior Vet/Owner, 5 experienced Vets, a supportive Practice Manager, skilled nurses, and a warm front-of-house crew
• A genuine opportunity to work up your own cases in a relaxed, supportive environment where your ideas and initiative are welcomed
• Access to cutting-edge equipment: In-house lab, X-ray, ultrasound, ECG, endoscopy, acupuncture, and dedicated wards for cats, dogs, and small mammals

About You:
• RCVS registered with prior experience working in practice
• A confident, collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
• Someone who values clinical freedom and a personal approach to patient care

Whether you’re looking to grow your clinical expertise, enjoy the lifestyle that beautiful Surrey villages offer, or simply want to feel valued in your role, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, independent practice where people and pets always come first.

Start date is flexible. Let’s work around what’s right for you.
