Are you an experienced SENCO looking for a role where your expertise truly influences outcomes for young people? A well-established secondary academy in Ilford is seeking a proactive and committed SENCO to join their team on a long-term basis.

As Secondary SENCO, you will take strategic and operational responsibility for SEND provision across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring pupils receive high-quality, personalised support. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and coordinating SEND provision across the school

Managing the SEND register, EHCP processes, annual reviews, and referrals

Supporting teaching staff to enhance inclusive classroom practice and differentiation

Building strong partnerships with families, external agencies, and pastoral teams
