Summary

Educato are currently recruiting a dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to work full-time within a specialist secondary SEN setting, supporting pupils with a range of complex additional needs.

This provision supports young people who present with SEMH needs, often alongside ASD, ADHD, trauma-related behaviours and social, emotional and mental health challenges. Many pupils have experienced disrupted education and require consistent, patient and understanding adults who can build strong, trusting relationships.

The Role:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom, including during unstructured times

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working with SEMH, ASD or challenging behaviour

A DBS on the Update Service is required, or willingness to apply for a new one.
