Join our Relational Mentoring Team in Scotland!

Are you a passionate person who aspires to build positive relationships, inspire positive change, and make a real difference in lifting people out of poverty?

The successful candidate will be working as part of the Relational Mentoring Scotland (RMS) service in Scotland. This service is funded through the Scottish Government’s Tackling Child Poverty Fund and aligns with their Best Start, Bright Futures strategy running to 31st March 2027. This service operates across six local authorities in Scotland: Glasgow City, South Lanarkshire, North Lanarkshire, Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and the Scottish Borders, targeting households and neighbourhoods with the greatest need so travel across all Local Authority areas may be required.

We’re excited to offer an opportunity to be part of our Relational Mentoring service, focused on addressing child poverty while supporting the Wise Group’s broader purpose of transforming lives and lifting people out of poverty. This is your chance to make a real difference, working alongside schools, nurseries, health services, and local partnerships to provide holistic support to families and communities.

Experience of working in a mentoring role is advantageous.

Due to the nature of the work and the areas we serve, a driving licence and daily access to a car is preferred.

Due to the nature of this role, a relevant PVG check is required for the successful candidate.
