What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading the development, implementation, and review of SEND policies school-wide
• Overseeing EHCPs, access arrangements, and bespoke interventions
• Coaching and mentoring teachers, TAs, and support teams for inclusive excellence
• Ensuring compliance with the latest SEND legislation and best practice
• Driving collaborative, evidence-led strategies to deliver ambitious outcomes
• Shaping a personalised, high-impact learning offer for every pupil with SEND

• Experienced SENDCO or aspiring leader with National Award (or working towards)
• UK-qualified teacher with robust mainstream or specialist experience
