What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering tailored 1:1 and small group SEMH interventions for students aged 11–16
• Leading restorative practice and social skills programmes

• Collaborating with onsite therapists, safeguarding leads, and external agencies
• Contributing to EHCP reviews, intervention planning, and family forums
• Analysing impact data and championing student voice in well-being initiatives
