We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Manager to support the Academy's SEND provision. Do you have:

Our 3 - 11 primary school is part of a Multi-Academy Trust consisting of four Primary Academies and three Secondary Academies, with all the academies providing quality education and working collaboratively with multi-agencies to secure excellence in all aspects of its work.
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, ambitious and talented inclusion manager to support in the day-today provision for our children at Maltby Redwood Academy.
Our successful candidate will:
• Be an excellent professional with high expectations of all learners and staff within the team.
• Be a team player and work closely with teachers and other staff in the Academy to develop and implement effective strategies to break down barriers and maximise achievement.
• Be committed to partnership working with external agencies.
• Have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
