Hours of Duty: 36.25 hours per week

Monday to Thursday 0700 to 0945 and 1415 to 1900

Friday 0700 to 0945 and 1445 to 1815

Due to the retirement of the current post holder the governors are seeking to appoint a hardworking, honest and reliable site officer for this outstanding two form entry primary school.

Are you proactive, hands on and a highly organised individual with a genuine passion for creating a welcoming, safe and well-maintained environment for our children, staff, parents and visitors? We are looking for someone with general building and DIY skills. We can offer the right candidate a friendly, supportive and committed staff team with opportunities for professional development.

Key responsibilities within the role are as follows:

  1. Primary Key Holder
  2. Security, Health and Safety of the building and grounds
  3. General Cleaning
  4. Building Maintenance, repairs and DIY Projects
  5. Managing heating, lighting and alarm systems
  6. Compliance with statutory checks
