Summary

We are looking for a Head Pastry Chef with Michelin-star experience to lead our small pastry team and contribute to a world-class dining experience. Responsibilities of Head Pastry Chef

• Design and execute a cohesive dessert program aligned with the restaurant’s culinary vision
• Produce refined plated desserts, breads, and petits fours
• Maintain Michelin-level standards of consistency, precision, and presentation
• Lead, train, and mentor the pastry team with professionalism and discipline
• Manage ordering, inventory, food costing, and waste control
• Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef on menu development and service flow

About you

• Michelin-star restaurant experience required (Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry role)
• Strong foundation in classic and modern pastry techniques
• Exceptional attention to detail and plating aesthetics
• Proven leadership and team-development skills
