Summary

Machine Operative

Lopen | Permanent | Approx. £26,325 per annum | Monday to Thursday 6am - 2pm | Friday 6am - 1:30pm

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client for a Machine Operative to join their growing production team in Lopen. This role offers full training, long-term stability, and the opportunity to work in a clean, organised, and supportive manufacturing environment.

Key Duties
  • Operate production machinery following full training.

  • Ensure all products meet required quality standards and specifications.

  • Accurately complete all shift documentation.

  • Identify and report any equipment faults or safety concerns.

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation.

  • Carry out regular product inspections for compliance.

  • Complete mixing duties and lift up to 25kgs as required.

Requirements
  • Willingness to learn and follow training processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Flexibility to work the stated shift pattern.

What We Offer
  • Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:00 and Friday 06:00-13:20

  • Approximate salary of £26,325 per annum
