Estate Director - Luxury Residential Development, London
Location: London
Salary: £90,000 - £95,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm
We are seeking an experienced Estate Director to lead operations across a prestigious residential development of over 1,000 homes across two nearby sites. This senior, hands-on role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of property management and delivering an exceptional living experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop an on-site team
- Oversee day-to-day operations, planned and reactive maintenance, and contractor performance
- Ensure communal areas are impeccably maintained and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Deliver outstanding resident services, including front-of-house management and community engagement.
- Manage budgets, service charges, and operational reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing large, high-end residential developments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Contractor and financial management expertise.
- Relevant property/facilities management qualification (IWFM, TPI or equivalent).
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
