Summary
Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Part-Time Site Operative to join our friendly and dedicated team supporting the UK Armed Forces.This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll help maintain our Training Estate facilities, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and welcoming for those who stay and train with us.

Shifts run between: 08:00 - 12:00 from Monday to Friday (Potential to work daily hours between 0700 - 1700)
Hours of work:20 per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Sennybridge Training Camp, Powys, LD3 8PN

- Completing accommodation handovers and handbacks, including inventory checks
- Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
- Stock management tasks
Additional duties
- Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including shower and ablutions facilities
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the camp to ensure it’s fit for purpose
- Carry out general cleaning duties such as, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Assisting with any additional tasks required to support the smooth running of the site
The Ideal Candidate
- Customer service focused with good communication skills
- Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet
- Ability to complete documentation accurately
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
- Reliable, practical and forward thinking
- Excellent Team player
- Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence due to the rural location of this site (essential)
