Summary

Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and looking to build experience within HR and recruitment? We’re looking for an HR & Recruitment Support Administrator to play a key role in supporting our clients’ resourcing team and delivering a smooth, professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

In this role, you’ll be a central point of contact, handling calls and emails from managers and candidates, managing the resourcing inbox, and responding to queries. You’ll coordinate interviews and assessments, update schedules and candidate information on their system, track attendance, and ensure managers are fully prepared. You’ll also support recruitment events, assist with shortlisting early careers candidates, maintain accurate digital filing systems, and provide general administrative support to keep everything running efficiently.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in an HR or administrative support role (recruitment experience is a bonus), a basic understanding of employment law relating to recruitment, and strong organisational skills. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, a customer-focused approach, and confidence using MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A high standard of English and Maths is essential.
