Summary

HAP Coordinator

Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum pro rata)

Permanent, part time (21 hpw) - on an 8-week rolling rota.

What you’ll do

  • Introduce and run our Home Group Achievement Programme (HAP), offering a friendly face and steady support to our customers with alcohol or substance misuse needs feel ready to start and move forward with their recovery

  • You’re an inspirational, key partner in a multi-agency team approaching customers with encouragement and guidance to keep their tenancies, grow their independence and work towards goals that matter to them
    independence and achievement of their life goals

  • Customer group is adults 18-60

You have

  • Experience of working with a vulnerable customer group

  • Experience of adult learning, working on a 1 to 1 basis or small group

  • Qualifications- Level 3 in Health and social care.

  • Technical skills such as partnership working and experience on working on own initiative.

  • Transferable skills such as active listening, advocating and providing praise and feedback.

The practical bits

  • Work pattern to be discussed as working alongside another colleague as part of split role

  • Able to use technology including Outlook, Word, Excel and internet browse

  • You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that

  • Hybrid working
