Summary
HAP Coordinator
Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum pro rata)
Permanent, part time (21 hpw) - on an 8-week rolling rota.

What you’ll do

Introduce and run our Home Group Achievement Programme (HAP), offering a friendly face and steady support to our customers with alcohol or substance misuse needs feel ready to start and move forward with their recovery

You’re an inspirational, key partner in a multi-agency team approaching customers with encouragement and guidance to keep their tenancies, grow their independence and work towards goals that matter to them

You have

Experience of working with a vulnerable customer group
-
Experience of adult learning, working on a 1 to 1 basis or small group

Qualifications- Level 3 in Health and social care.

Technical skills such as partnership working and experience on working on own initiative.

Transferable skills such as active listening, advocating and providing praise and feedback.
