Summary
Warehouse Operative – Immediate Start
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse work, production support, or materials handling who enjoys staying active and working at pace.
Warehouse Operative Duties:
• Moving stock using an electric hand pallet truck (EPT)
• Supplying production lines with materials to keep production running
• Moving finished goods from production into the warehouse ready for dispatch
• Transferring stock between warehouse and production areas
• Keeping production areas fully stocked at all times
• Maintaining accuracy in a busy, high-volume environment
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
This Role Is:
• Physically active with lots of walking
• Based in a busy warehouse / manufacturing environment
• Accuracy-focused — attention to detail is essential
Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Production Operative, Stores Operative, or Materials Handler
• Experience using an electric pallet truck (preferred but not essential)
• Must have transport due to location
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving production setting
What’s On Offer:
• Immediate start
• £12.21 per hour (40 hours per week)
• 6am – 2pm, Monday to Friday (able to work 2pm-10pm for initial training)
• Ongoing work in a well-established operation
