Summary
Traffic Operator – Night shift
As the UK’s largest privately owned Transport Company, Turners (Soham) Ltd is looking to expand the team at our Felixstowe depot by recruiting a Traffic Operator to join the team in our Container Division. We are recruiting a Night shift Traffic Operator to work Sunday – Thursday nights or Monday – Friday nights, this is a permanent full-time position.
Main duties will include:
Ensure all work is planned effectively.
Communicating effectively, shipping implants and customers.
Being responsible for accurate data entry
Ensuring client queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner to the satisfaction of the client.
The ideal candidate will have:
Keyboard skills & office experience are essential, although full training will be provided on the relevant IT system.
Flexibility on working hours.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Background with logistics and or Containers is preferable as well as TOP's software, but not essential.
Helpful, positive, and professional attitude
Turners will provide you with:
