Summary
Please see the attached Job Description and Person Specification Directly responsible for the management of own caseload of patients referred for Occupational Therapy assessment, rehabilitation and management within the multi-disciplinary team/community. Assists in the management of the specialist team providing, developing and planning an Occupational Therapy service to patients for this client group. Being a car driver is essential, as you will be driving across Guildford and Waverley. There is free parking at Milford hospital, which will be your main base.
