Summary
This role is fixed term for 12 months and is directly linked to funding raised through the Save a Precious Bed appeal. While the post is time-limited, there may be potential for extension depending on future funding, service demand and organisational circumstances. Hours: Part-time or full time, worked on a rota basis provided 8 weeks in advance. Day shift: 07:00-19:30. Night shift: 19:00-07:30. We may be able to offer shorter day shifts for further flexibility. As this is a 24-hour inpatient service, the role requires flexibility to work a fair rotation of both day and night shifts to support safe staffing and equitable rotas for the whole team.We are committed to being open and transparent about the nature of this role and will continue to communicate clearly with the post holder as circumstances evolve.
