Summary

House Lead – Residential Services (Men’s Program Manager)
Location: Brimscombe, Stroud
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Join The Nelson Trust and help shape our men’s trauma‑informed residential service. We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate leader to oversee day‑to‑day operations, support clients in recovery, and lead a small team making a real impact.

What you’ll do:
Lead, support and develop a team
Oversee daily operations, rotas and service delivery in our men's residential treatment service
Hold a small caseload and support clients’ recovery journeys
Ensure a safe, trauma‑responsive, CQC‑compliant environment
Drive service improvement and innovation

What we are looking for:
Experience in a residential addiction setting
Experience supervising or developing staff
Strong understanding of safeguarding & trauma‑informed practice
Excellent communication & IT skills
NVQ Level 3 (or willingness to work towards)
Full driving licence & access to a vehicle
