About the Role
We’re building a friendly, energetic team who can help our new breakfast and after-school club provision to grow and thrive.
As Site Lead, you will:
Create a fun, inclusive environment before and after school
Lead a small team to deliver high-quality wraparound care
Plan and run engaging, age-appropriate activities
Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and admin tasks are completed to a high standard
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff
What We’re Looking For
Site Lead – Ideally :
Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Playwork or similar
Experience working with primary-aged children in schools or clubs
Leadership or supervisory experience
Good safeguarding knowledge and basic IT skills
Valid (or willingness to obtain) enhanced DBS
