Support Worker
Birmingham, West Midlands
35 hours a week
Aspect Housing LTD is a Birmingham-based Support Services Provider working with Supported Housing Providers to empower vulnerable adults. We support individuals facing challenges such as mental health issues, substance misuse, offending history, financial hardship, and physical health conditions.
We’re looking for experienced, compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team and make a real difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Do
Provide 1 hour of person-centred support per resident each week
Conduct weekly well-being checks
Promote independence and support residents toward independent living
Keep accurate digital records using our easy-to-use mobile/web app
Collaborate with management and external professionals
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting vulnerable adults
Comfortable using smartphones and online systems
Enhanced DBS required (or willing to obtain)
Access to a vehicle and ability to travel across Birmingham
Strong communication skills, empathy, and reliability
Health & Social Care Level 2 or higher (preferred)
Familiarity with Supported Exempt Housing or RSL frameworks is a bonus
