Summary

Chelmsford City Sports operate two swimming pools across the City of Chelmsford at Riverside Leisure Centre and South Woodham Ferrers Leisure Centre. Every member of staff plays their role, working within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. If you are interested in working in a leisure environment and are passionate about delivering the best customer service, then we have the job for you.

We are looking for enthusiastic qualified swimming instructors with excellent teaching skills and a passion for working with adults and children. The successful applicants will work alongside our existing team of swimming instructors overseeing the swimming lesson programme which runs throughout the year to ensure continuous learning, development, and progression.

Our lesson programme caters for parents and babies, toddlers, juniors and adults and runs at various times throughout the week. The successful applicant will be required to work on a casual basis.
