Summary
Are you a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an efficient and friendly Admin Level 2 to join our support team, ensuring the smooth running of our office and providing a welcoming first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors.
About WPT
At Wickersley Partnership Trust (WPT), we are fueled by a single commitment: 'We never knowingly do less for other people’s children than we would for our own.' As a thriving network of schools across South Yorkshire, we combine high expectations with embedded inclusivity. We do not work in silos; instead, we rely on deep collaboration and school-to-school support to ensure every student develops socially, emotionally, and academically to achieve the highest standards.
About the Role
As an Admin Level 2, you will be the face and voice of the school. This is a varied and busy role where no two days are the same. You will act as the first point of contact for enquiries, manage data on our systems, and ensure that the administrative side of the academy functions seamlessly. Whether you are greeting visitors, processing documents, or helping to organise school events, your contribution will be vital in supporting our staff to deliver the best possible education.
Responsibilities
Operational Support: Act as the first point of contact for the office, professionally managing enquiries (face-to-face and telephone) and processing documents using various ICT packages.
Data Management: Maintain accurate manual and digital records within management information systems, identifying errors and generating routine reports to meet Trust requirements.
Resource Coordination: Monitor and replenish office supplies and equipment, overseeing deliveries and arranging repairs to ensure colleagues have the necessary resources.
Events & General Admin: Assist with the smooth running of the academy by taking meeting minutes, coordinating event bookings, and providing hospitality for visitors.
The successful candidate must hold an NVQ Level 2 in a relevant field
