What You'll Be Doing:
• Devising and implementing creative behaviour intervention strategies
• Working 1:1 and in small groups, supporting students with SEMH needs
• Collaborating with teachers and external specialists on action plans
• Monitoring, reporting, and celebrating pupil progress and breakthroughs
• Leading positive routines and restorative approaches throughout the school
