• Designing and delivering high-impact, individualised SEN lesson plans
• Leading targeted interventions and fostering engagement for diverse needs
• Working in tandem with experienced support staff, therapists, and specialist teams
• Building exceptional relationships with families and external agencies
• Measuring, tracking, and accelerating progress for pupils with EHCPs and additional needs
• Contributing to whole-school SEN initiatives and inclusion strategy

• UK-trained, holding QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential for this role
• Outstanding or Good references reflecting a history of impactful SEND practice
• ECTs welcomed if demonstrating passion, resilience, and evidence of strong placement outcomes
• Experienced SEN Teachers must bring creativity, vision, and a relentless drive for improvement
• In-depth knowledge of ASD, SEMH, SLCN, or other complex needs highly desirable
