Summary

SEN Class Teacher – Specialist School, Uxbridge

TLTP Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Uxbridge that supports pupils with complex needs. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for an SEN Teacher who is committed to making a lasting and meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEN Teacher, or a motivated teacher looking to develop a long-term career as an SEN Teacher within a highly supportive and well-resourced specialist setting.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate and dynamic SEN Teacher with experience supporting pupils aged 7–19 with complex, severe or moderate learning difficulties and additional needs. As an SEN Teacher, you will deliver outstanding teaching and learning, supported by a multi-disciplinary classroom team, and contribute to the wider development of the school community.

The successful SEN Teacher will play a key role in creating engaging, structured and inclusive learning experiences tailored to individual needs and EHCP outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Hold QTS or QTLS (essential for any SEN Teacher)


Previous experience working in a SEN educational setting as an SEN Teacher


A strong commitment to the professional development of both yourself and your pupils as an SEN Teacher


Ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning in collaboration with a classroom team as an SEN Teacher


Excellent understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities as an SEN Teacher
