Summary

A large mediaorganisation is looking for a Reward Manager to join its central people function. This role offers broad exposure across reward, benefits, HRIS and governance, supporting several diverse business units internationally.

You'll play a key role in delivering group‑wide reward activity, including compensation cycles, benchmarking, data integrity, reporting and benefits support. You'll also help maintain core reward processes, partner with senior stakeholders, and bringstructure and consistency in a fast‑paced environment.

We're looking for someone numerate, relationship‑driven and comfortable working in a complex organisation. You'll bring solid reward experience, strong analytical skills,clear communication, and the ability to take ownership while workingcollaboratively. Experience with WTW GGS, Workday and Excel is important.
