As the first point of contact for visitors arriving at Wallington, you’ll provide a warm, friendly welcome, give information about the property, process transactions, answer questions and make sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable visit.

Salary: 12.25 per hour

Duration: This is a fixed term contract until 31/12/2026

Hours/working pattern: This role is based on a flexible amount of working hours, and you’ll be paid monthly for any hours worked, this amount will therefore not be a fixed sum each month. As a guide we estimate around 600 hours for this contract. It is expected that you will work the majority of your hours between March and October, with some weekend and school holiday cover during February and December. You will be working at our busiest times of the year, so you will need to be available to work weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.

Interviews date to be confirmed.

For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.

What it's like to work here
Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you’ll be part of a team of 9 people who ensure that all visitors arriving at Wallington are given everything they need to enjoy their day. From first timers to regulars, you’ll build strong connections with people and thrive in a busy and fast paced environment.
