Teaching takes place in small classes, supported by skilled teaching assistants and a multidisciplinary team, allowing you to focus on meaningful progress, communication, independence, and wellbeing.
You may work across a broad 2–19 age range, adapting your approach to meet pupils at different developmental stages, including early years, primary, secondary, and post-16 learners.

•
Promote independence, confidence, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour
About You

•
Patient, flexible, and resilient, with a calm and nurturing approach
•
Strong commitment to inclusive, child-centred practice
•
Willingness to learn and develop specialist SEN skills
What the School Offers

Small class sizes with a high staff-to-pupil ratio
•
A well-resourced specialist setting tailored to pupil needs
