Summary
Vibe Recruit are recruiting for an Order Processor, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, maintaining job and customer information within cloud-based systems, and supporting smooth operational delivery. This role plays a key part in ensuring high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders using cloud-based order management and CRM systems
- Enter, update, and maintain customer and job data in line with company procedures
- Liaise with customers via phone and email to confirm orders, schedules, and service details
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Monitor order progress and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly
- Ensure all documentation and records are completed accurately
- Support invoicing and billing processes where required
- Maintain data protection, accuracy, and confidentiality standards
- Provide general administrative support to relevant teams
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in an order processing, administration, or customer service role
- Proven experience using cloud-based systems (e.g. CRM, order management, scheduling, or ERP platforms)
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - 4 weeks temporary work - Candidate must be available immediately
