Summary
One year Clinical Fellowship in Electrophysiology, formally appointed as a Trust Grade doctor (up to ST6 equivalent or post-CCT fellow). The post would be ideally suited for candidates who are in their final year of training or post CCST, but also open to those seeking training in cardiac electrophysiology post-PhD. All candidates should have full registration with a licence to practise with the GMC. Full MRCP is required. Where equivalent qualifications or experience are being offered, it is essential that the candidate provides written confirmation from the Royal College and attaches this to their application. Applicants who do not provide this confirmation will not be put forward for short-listing. Doctors who are not UK or EEA nationals and whose immigration status entitles them to work without restriction in the UK will be considered on an equal basis with UK and EEA nationals. Other non-UK or non-EEA nationals with limited leave to remain in the UK and whose employment will require Tier 2 sponsorship are subject to the Resident Labour Market Test (RLMT). Applicants may only be considered if there is no suitable UK or EEA national candidate for the post. Evidence of immigration status should normally consist of a biometric residence card, date stamped passport and accompanying letter from the Home Office.
