Summary

Job SummaryTo provide consultation and formulation to staff within the Crisis Resolution HomeTreatment Team (CRHTT).To provide a qualified specialist psychology service for people referred to the CRHTTcare pathway.The post holders will provide specialist assessment, formulation and interventions fora clinical caseload.To provide psychological leadership to the CRHTT care pathway and worksystemically across services (e.g., acute services and secondary care) to develop apsychological understanding and context for other professionals, service users andcarers.To lead the psychological CRHTT provision within borough and support the Trustwide acute pathway when needed, to help ensure equity in provision and service.Operating in an integrated and inclusive style you will work closely with the CRHTTMDTs to support the development of individual care planning, that is underpinned bypsychological formulation and informed by trauma informed care principles.The post holders will propose and implement evidence-based practice, utilisingresearch skills for audit and service developments.The post holder will enhance psychological understanding and skill set through thedelivery of training, supervision and reflective practice. This will include within thecurrent CRHTT team but also making links with local universities and providingplacements for trainee Psychologists.To be an integral part of local and national initiatives to improve care quality. Forexample (but not limited to) inpatient transformation, community transformation carein the community and reducing admissions
