Summary
Our Client, a busy & large Automotive Accident Repair Centre in Neath, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician to join their busy team of Bodyshop productives.
For your hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of £21 per hour, pending experience and current earnings.
Benefits:
- Fulfil all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
- Complete the assigned jobs within the estimated paint times.
- Safeguard the customer’s vehicle and its contents while in the bodyshop.
- Ensure that all vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to the customer.
- Carry out repairs according to best practice and procedures.
- Meet acceptable safety and quality standards.
- Interpret and implement technical instruction data.
- Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas, and equipment accurately for all paint repairs.
- Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager if a work order is not clear or seems to be incorrect.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Previous working experience within a Paint Sprayer role
- The ability to work to a high standard with an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle repair techniques
- ATA would be beneficial
- At least a Level 2 in NVQ Vehicle Accident Repair Principles, or equivalent.
- Self-Motivated and a good team player
